The ARTZZ register lists issuers of asset-referenced tokens authorised under arts. 16 et seq. of Reg. (EU) 2023/1114 (MiCA). Authorisation is granted by the home Member State competent authority and is subject to specific prudential, organisational and transparency requirements.
